Research approval

• To request approval to conduct research at the Jornada, fill out the ResNotif form and send to Conrad Nelson.

To update the Jornada team about changes to your project use the ProjectInfo form

Data submission and publishing

We strongly recommend using the Environmental Data Initiative’s ezEML application according to our instructions here, but if this is not sufficient for your needs we have metadata templates that you may send to the Jornada IM team.

• MS Word format for relatively simple datasets with few tables.
• MS Excel format for more complex datasets with multiple tables.

Data requests

Most data are openly available at the Jornada LTER website data catalog, but some spatial data are restricted access only.

• Fill out the Spatial Data Request form to request restricted spatial data.
